Rates include:

• Cook: 3 meals per day, 6 days per week (cost of food and drinks not included)
• Butler: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Daily cleaning: 2 hours per day, 7 days per week
• Villas sleeps: 8-11 people (sofa bed in 3 of the 4 double bedrooms)
• Minimum stay: one week, Saturday to Saturday
• Pool heating: €2,000 per week

Payment conditions:

50% upon booking, and balance 60 days before arrival.
